"In practicing forgiveness every day,
Can you find at least one thing
every hour to forgive? Some of the ways that I approach these grievances are: #1 Know that "I do not perceive what is in my own best interest."...meaning that each time something happens that I don't expect, or it doesn't happen "like it should," I have another opportunity to let go and trust that what is happening is for my best interest. I have the opportunity to anticipate more freedom and a movement towards more joy. #2 Remember when I experience something as not "the way it should be," I create resistance in my body. This resistance lowers my vibration, which in turn, attracts to me a lowered vibrational reality (events that are not very pleasant.)
#3 Observe my STORIES. (I am remembering in my study of the Pathwork about my "Inner Brat Child." My brat child thinks that everyone else should do the work. They should change. They should know better. They should know who I really am. They should be the mature loving, forgiving person that makes my life easy. In reality "they" are the ones who set the stage for my awakening. BLESS the "THEYs " around you and be free and in peace and joy!)
