How Light Body worked for me:

ight Body reawakened me to the practical reality of the spiritual path, actualized it in my physical being. The first thing I learned was that I had only been using my energy from the neck up. Light Body taught me to use my whole body. It was amazing that I had never run energy through my entire system before!  It also was a way to instantaneously plug into an energy flow that was transformative and healing. To this day, as soon as I hear Orin or Daben's voice, I am transported in a flash. I could go on and on, but basically the Light Body work stepped me up to be able to hold much more refined energy and to know how to consciously and deliberately work with it, with or without the tapes!
