What is Learned in each Light Body Volume?

Volumes 1 and 2
Setting Up the Power Base and Opening Your Heart Center

ou will be introduced to the first four of the vibrational energy body centers that form your emotional energetic power base. These power centers must be in place to awaken your light body.  Along with learning these centers, we will utilize breath work, Scents of Knowing, as well as movement to help cement and integrate these energies.

We will also spend time working with an Orin meditation that assists in transforming the personality.  This is important  and helpful as you deal with issues that arise as the light body evolves and becomes awakened.

As these centers become awakened, you can stay calm, peaceful, and change your emotional and personality reactions. You can more easily remain transparent to lower energies. Many people who have worked with these centers discovered a new sense of identity, increased ability to stay calm and centered around unbalanced energies, much greater emotional control, and a greater ability to relax.

Our  Higher Self and our spiritual guides are joyful and appreciative when we develop these skills and energies, as the channel with them becomes stronger, and we are able to be more guided.  These energies also assist one in developing clairvoyant abilities and staying connected to the higher, finer vibrations and frequencies.  (I have found this to be one of the most profound tools in successfully doing the Abraham work and manifesting joy, peace, love and abundance.)

You will also open your heart center and learn to send the power you have been generating in your lower centers up into your higher ones. Many people experience forgiveness and compassion for themselves and others as they clear other people's energy from their auras.

You will learn about the principles of healing others as well as self-healing. You will learn how to increase the flow of energy in your physical body and to release muscle pain. You will learn ways to "stay neutral" around others, to set a healing space, to awaken your inner healer, to learn more about self-healing and to create a sense of greater physical vitality.

You will learn to apply these energies to: hold your energy steady and clear even around "negative" energy; set a healing space; experience detachment and unconditional love; open to receive; work with projects or issues as energy; and more.

Volumes 3 and 4
Activating Your Higher Energy Centers and Aligning Your Vibrational Energy Bodies

ou will learn the next three vibrational energy centers which allow you to go beyond the thoughts and beliefs that form the basis of your fears and limitations. Along with learning these centers, we will utilize breath work, Scents of Knowing, as well as movement to help cement and integrate these energies.

These higher centers assist you in awakening your higher mind for increased inner vision and heightened creativity. You will work with your mental body to experience higher, more positive and unlimited thoughts; to connect with the Universal Mind; and to manifest what you want. Learn how to watch your thoughts as they set up and add a higher frequency to them.

You will explore states of consciousness that allow illumination, insights, and focused awareness. You will develop an even clearer picture of who you are and what you are here to do. You can become even more aware of subtle, higher energies, and learn how to add these higher frequencies to your aura and how to create more light in your life.

You will open your channel to your higher self and/or guide; work with the Masters to reprogram your DNA, to recharge at your core, to expand your aura, and to create more light in your life. You will work with your relationships and abundance issues as energy for profound changes.

Volumes 5 and 6
Awakening Your Light Body and Becoming Radiant 

hese final classes incorporates all you have learned in the first four Volumes to awaken and connect you to light. We will utilize breath work, Scents of Knowing, as well as movement to help cement and integrate these energies.

These centers regulate, filter, and integrate light as you bring it in. You will become a radiating source of light as you open and work with this center. These awakened light centers, when activated, take you to states of bliss, inner visualizations, and feelings and sensations that are beyond words.

You will begin to exist in this dimension, and become aware of your multi-dimensional presence as you become one with your Source. As you awaken your light body you will begin to exist both in this dimension and to become aware of the other dimensions you exist in as you work with your Source. You will breathe with the Universe and journey into the Oneness, clear your aura and fill it with light.

You will learn how to soul-link with others in a powerful way, and how light and energy are transmitted to others. You will work with your personality to help it hold, in a balanced way, the enormity of the perspective you are gaining of the Universe, your higher purpose, and your Source. With the awakening of this center you will make an evolutionary leap. Your level of personal power, ability to change your environment, to affect others, and to exist in higher states of consciousness is greatly increased.
